Anyone ever remove the bed, how difficult is it? Am I fooling myself by thinking it's a matter of a few bolts on the bed, the filler neck and the taillights? Thanks.

It's pretty much that simple. The bolts, filler neck and tail lights (unplug or full removal I don't remember) and about 4 peopls to pull it off.
