    Rear arb, bob the bed down, install rear mount winch, build a new rear bumper, fiberglass fenders and hood for the front, new mud flaps, new gas can holders, new tires eventually, and if nothing else comes up build another one.

    Edit: i forgot i did get this done finally. moved batteries to the toolbox (since i need less tools now)

    96 Dodge 12valve cummins- mine, 16 T4R - wife's, 11 Taco - totalled
    On dual winches, get a 3 position switch to control 2 different relays to provide power to front vs rear winch, then set up a single in cab control that can work to both winches, obviously only 1 at a time. Might take some extra relay work for single control point for 2 winches, but I could work up a wiring diagram pretty easily for you

    good idea but i don't want a in cab switch. I was just going to get two wireless remotes and just label them front rear. You know cuz i'm a snob like that.
