Chrome was here before black and will be here long after black is gone.

Thanks! like the beefy looking tires. I have a 3" on me, same color. Considering new rims and tires.

Black. I just hate chrome in general.

I personally prefer black, but you already have a good bit of chrome on your truck, so I think chrome would look better. If all your trim was black, black would make sense (and look sick on the red), but I since it's not, I think black would look unmatched, like wearing two different plaid patterns together.

Black! It's less to clean ;)
But with all your chrome I'd have to agree and match up the chrome

Did you have to do any trimming with the tire size and offset? I just ordered the exact same setup with a 3" Bilstein lift. I'm worried I'll have to trim.

You probably wont have to, i had to do a little on the back side of the fender flare, i have about 1/2" of clearance from the cab mount.

Rather that just cutting the inner fender liner, i took a heat gun and just softened it up and let it cool pushed back out of the way.

Just upgraded to 285/75 16s and it maxes it out on my 3" lift. Minor rubbing on hard turns and steep drive turn-Ins. Considering a 1" body lift to avoid any trimming. Don't want to drop more on a bigger suspension lift. No off-roading, primarily a street truck, just like the look of the lift that involves wheel changes, etc...
