Who's the guy with the dark gray 2nd gen I usually see around UWF? I've seen his truck and rear bumper multiple times. Interested in the brand of the rear bumper. A week before deployment somebody smashed my left rear corner and took off. So while I'm sitting here I've been thinking about getting a tougher bumper instead of a stock replacement.

Also, anyone good with body work? The smash bent the bed a little in the area between the fender and left corner. As it sits the tailgate can't lower due to bent bumper interference. So I'm thinking new bumper and some slight bang out work on that corner rocker to make it look somewhat presentable.

Also in the market for a left rear taillight since mine got smashed. Let me know if you guys have one for sale.

    Thanks
    -Josh

Only person I can think of off the top of my head is Randy that had a dark grey 2nd gen. But he sold his lol.

Get an SOS Offroad Concepts rear bumper, Eddy makes some awesome armor. I have his front bumper right now and eventually plan on getting sliders and a rear off him

I don't know anyone around here that's good at body work. If you're on the Facebook page, Sandy I believe had work done at miracle strip body that's literally a 1/4 mile down the road from me.

That is prolly me @ UWF. dark grey 2nd gen dcsb w a topper. The rear bumper is an all-pro. I got it second hand from someone on here. I have had no problems with it. Also have the all-pro hidden hitch with it.

Also I have used Bayside in gulf breeze several times for body work. They have always done a good job.

Yep, that's the one. Had a down day today, and have been looking at all pro bumpers with the hidden hitch. Also stubbled across Mobtown's bumper with the built in hitch. Probably will do some more research in the next few months, and try to make a decision.

I've been happy with the all pro. SOS, pelfreybilt and relentless all have good looking designs and reputations.

I've got FabFours rear bumper. It's a well made bumper! I know a guy that has an SOS bumper and nothing on it is square. I question whether they we sober when when they welded it.

Not your Bumper, but another member in TN the has one. His comments about them were not exactly flattering. I've also seen a few others comment negatively in other threads.

I do like Mobtown. I've got their bed bars and skids. The frequently have sales 20-25% off.

Looking at the SOS rear, and that doesn't seem like a bad deal. Comes with a built in hitch for cheaper than most standard bumpers. Also seems to weigh in a little bit lighter than most.

Alfuh, is your bumper really that bad?

Trying to figure out how to mount my 60" high-lift. Having trouble getting it to fit inside the bed because of my toolbox. Anyone have suggestions? What do y'all think of this idea?

I can tell you right now that Eddy's products are top notch. I don't have his rear yet, and I love my front hybrid stinger bumper. Can't wait until I have the money to get a rear and sliders from him. I had a buddy yank me out (literally) of a mud hole and he had about half his 30ft strap slacked and gunned it not knowing...damn near thought my shackle was gonna rip off. Everything was still there, everything held up, bumper mounting got bent a little, but my entire bumper mounting structure got pulled out from it, which that's just crappie factory stuff that I need to replace.

But some people can't be pleased with anything...no matter how much they spend on a bumper

    Getting there...
I'd say Navarre has less going on than by FWB (not that there's much going on anyway lol). It definitely strikes me as a more residential area. The crappy part of living in Navarre is the commute during rush hour can be absolutely awful especially during tourist season. The only major road is 98 that has stoplights up and down. I've had friends stay extra late at work because they could either sit in traffic for an hour to get home or just wait and make the drive in 20 minutes. It may be a better place to buy a house and turn it around to rent later cause of military moving through as well as tourists cause it's close to Navarre beach. As far as stuff to do, FWB/Mary Esther is closer to Okaloosa Island, Destin and the Eglin Range while Navarre is closer to Pensacola. Can't really say too much about crime other than both have their shady areas. For the range, you just need to get a range pass that's good for a year for $20 and check the daily access map. Not much crawling. Lotta sand, clay, and mud depending on when and where you end up. No rock crawling (that I've found). Shoot me a PM if you have more questions and I'll try to help ya out.
