lol well putting plastidip on anything is tw's favorite mod. I think black goes well with swb personally. better than chrome anyhow.

there is always the plate bumper option too.

Yea I had black bumpershellz on there and they looked great, until one got ripped off on the interstate. So back to square 1. If the blue plastidip doesn't work out, I'm going with black. I didn't prep good enough for this today tho; pulled off the top pad and didn't realize that i broke 1 or 2 of the tabs so now it is loose. Couldn't remove the side pads or the middle on on the bottom, so now they are edged in blue too.

I would do black plasti dip. Was always curious how close it was to SWB. Thanks for posting.

Couldn't you have the chrome media blasted off and then have it painted?

    Daytime photo.
I still have one can of plastidip left, so going to put that on over the weekend, try to make it better than it already is. This is going to be the less expensive solution for now, until I figure out what to do with it and save up my pennies.

Sure, if you have a media blaster and paint gun, but from your previous post I thought you were looking to buy a SWB bumper, so this would be a potentially cheaper service to buy

Been a while since I posted in this thread, so I figured I'd share a few pics from our most recent trip into the Cascades. Probably the last time we'll be getting to this area until snows melt next year...
