FINALLY had a chance to take a little trail run. Not too shabby! She certainly has loosened up a bit since initial install. Still a little rough on the street up front with the eibachs, but oddly enough, is WAY smoother on the trail..

Tried to flex her out. Think I got it maxed out in the rear at one spot. Which with the 5100's and dakars, is like the perfect amount of flex. Get's my 33's stuffed in pretty good and no rubbing!! I was pleasantly surprised. Especially since people seemed to highly suggest I needed to do a shock relocate with extended shocks in the rear... Plenty of flex for me and MUCH more capable than previous setup with spacers and blocks. Front is still a lil stiff and not near as flexy as the rear is, but oh well.. Didn't really try to max the front, was more worried about how much the rear would stuff up and if it'd rub. Front I shouldn't have any worries about rubbing at all when I get my bumper. Had a little bit of rubbing on the lower valence up front as it is, but again that'll be gone soon once I get my relentless bumper mounted up. So I will most likely just keep it as is. I wasn't too happy at first with the eibachs, but with my bumper, I think it'll be just fine. I was thinking I was gonna swap to some ome coils and eventually ome shocks, maybe some extended droop coilovers, remove overloads from dakars to even it out as well.. But I'm happy with how it is. And I get to keep my 3".

Builds looking good man. Quick question, did you have to use axle relocation plates for your dakars? Looks like your 33's stuffed just fine.

Thatd be a negative sir! Also, I don't know if I mentioned it or not, but I didn't need shims either. I had some vibes beforehand with the blocks. But no more vibes after dakars.

Ok cool. Wasn't sure if I should go ahead and buy them. I think I will just install them as is and see how it sits.

Replaced my trd sticker. Last one was silver and was all cracked to hell. Got this new one in chrome from fastdecals.com for about $26. Almost got the red chrome. Might change it later when I get more. So it'll kinda flow and match other stuff. Might get a big chrome sticker for the rocker panels. Not sure I'll go thru with it. My pant is all chipped down there from constant pelting. Not sure it'll hold up good. Idk.

LOTS of options to choose from on that site though. Inlcuding reflective material, as well as other options like shadowing and patterns. I'll be ordering from them again.

Hmmmmmmmmmm.. I hate to say it, and will reserve my final judgments until I see it in the daytime, but I gotta say, not sure I'm entirely liking this new look. Idk what it is. Just something about the oem bumper that makes me think it looks better how it was. And no it's not the lights.. I just, don't know.. Just seems like something is, missing. Can't quite put my finger on it!!! Sigh.. I guess I think that the oem bumper was pretty sexy already in of itself. Especially with the lights. Hm. Or maybe I just prefer the squared out, "modified-oem" look.. And the new doesn't quite "flow" as good? lol idk..

I mean, it's an AWESOME bumper and all!!! Simply perfect craftsmanship. And the best looking plate bumper of all imo. And is 1000% more protective, which is what really matters I guess. So idk, I'm sure it'll grow on me:D Maybe the light of day will shed some new insights to her. Ha. So I'll get some better shots asap.

I think you need cutouts for fogs, I'm surprised you didn't have them do that.

Naw I'm gonna do some custom rectangular cutouts for my 8" led bars. Wanted to be a little unique. There's actually quite a bit of room back there. Waiting on the word from a fab shop. Ordered new lights but they'll Probly take a few weeks to arrive coming from China. Ha. Shoulda went ahead and left the middle plate blank too. For some led bar cutouts. Don't know if I'll ever get a winch. Oh well.

    Schweet!
Got my light bars in!! Ordered TWO of these bad boys to roof mount them. But decided to mount one of them to the top of my new bumper as there was two holes already there, as well as my wiring harness from previous lights so made it super easy...

Man this thing is insane! Just as much light as my 42". Just not quite as effective due to it's shorter length and placement on the bumper.. But again I did buy these to mount on the roof so once I do I'll get that insane spread back. But holy cow. Pictures don't do them justice. I'll have to try and get better night pics soon with some better background to catch it...

Maybe I'll just get a 3rd 20" double row so I can leave this one on the bumper! And not even worry about getting some cutouts done for my wimpy 8" single rows. Ha.

Do you still have your Volant CAI on your truck? If so I was wondering if you'd mind posting a pic of from the angle of the tube going into the air box. I bought a used one and think I'm missing a part.

    That bumper looks great btw.

Screw those last shots I took. ha. These are way better pics. Went prowling behind my work in this alley, and turns out it was a pretty sweet spot for some good background shots. Just had to be quick. I don't like to use my lights in town, ha. I really need to find a better spot. More remote. Hard to find a good spot here with hardly any background to catch the light. If I had a woodland area with lots of trees, that'd be the ideal place. I'll have to go back to the rock quarry one night and see what she looks like again. That place is pretty dope at night.
