Will be calling tomorrow when I wake up; hopefully shipping all the way to southeast Virginia doesn't do to much damage

Yes that is the hope. We just released our 2005-2015 aluminum's.

That is correct, just the little down bars on the side.

Yes we just didn't list it here. But we can do a 3 hoop as well.

Sounds good. We got a lot of calls yesterday for these.

Im sure the big draw here is the weight difference between the steel version. How easy or difficult would it be to repair a bend or ding on this aluminum bumper as compared to a steel bumper?

Sorry Bud I just went through VM and nothing?

Depends on 150-300 roughly. Free pick up:)

Repair is a tricky thing. We've had problems trying to repair anything. It's always possible to "repair" steel or aluminum. It's just a matter of how much work it takes. Are steel bumpers easier to repair? Really depends on the damage, but I'd say yes mainly because aluminum is just hard to work with. It can crack, it has weird operating temps and is not the most cooperative when trying to bend or weld. Steel is a little more forgiving.

I'd also add that aluminum is best suited for those who want to save weight and don't mind loosing the strength of steel. It's not to say that our aluminum bumpers are weak but if you ran two trucks into the same rock, the aluminum is going to crack where the steel is going to bend. I'd say over landing style builds with more off road dirt roads and trails as opposed to hard core rock crawlin where you are smashing and banging the truck around. I personally like the weight savings and as soon as we make these bumpers for a 2016, I'm going to swap out.

Sorry, We are here now, although Mondays are busy.

Great product, great service! Can't say much more. Product speaks for itself. Weather aluminium or steal is built with quality. IMG_20150901_150416.jpg IMG_20151031_014828.jpg 20160928_231454.jpg IMG_20161112_133838.jpg
