That's awesome dude!! The things I have hardwired in are my 2 LED dome lights, my 12v vent/fan, and the 110v 400 watt inverter. If I'm running my 65qt fridge and some lights and maybe charging a couple phones or a camera or something do you think 1 100 watt renogy panel is enough for me? I have an Odyssey Extreme battery (34-PC1500T) which is a good deep cycle battery.

Haha I do! But you can deduct those points because I have so many tools and things in my garage that I can't drive through it lol

very nice. Are all the tires the same? If so what a great idea only need one spare=less stuff to lug around=less weight.
I like the idea of taking an enclosed and making in to a camper. I leave my truck in the woods for a week at a time and worry about someone breaking in. The enclosed may curb that issue some.

Haha thanks man! I appreciate that.

Yeah man. The stock axle on the trailer was 5 lug so I ripped that crap off and got a new 6 lug axle and threw matching 35's under there for exactly that reason. Wanted to be able to use a spare for either the truck or trailer. And if I get in a bad situation, I can always take the tires off the trailer to use on the truck and go back for the trailer later haha. I'm pretty stoked to get everything finished up and start taking some trips!!

Thanks dude!! I appreciate that! You should definitely do it. It's the best of both worlds. Small enough to pull around and not be limited to a campground but big enough that you can stay out of the elements and be nice and comfortable

If you don't mind me asking, what's the estimate on cost of this whenever it's all said and done? I'd really like to do something like this.

    Yeah no worries man!

Trailer (bone stock) after fees and registration : $3000
    Tires : $700
    Wheels : $200
    Axle and Brakes : $300
    Leaf springs : $140
    Leaf spring hardware : $200
    Windows : $140
    Roof vent/fan : $25
    Solar panel : $140
    Battery : $220
    Solar charger controller : $25
    110v inverter : $ 30
    Max coupler hitch : $230
    Door latch : $20
    Insulation : $75
    Wiring : $20
    Bed platform : $50
Custom size foam Mattress : $300

I might be forgetting a couple things but that's pretty much everything so far!

So up to this point I'm in for about $5700 total right now. I don't have much more to go. My father in law bought the trailer for us as my wife's birthday present too so it's been nice. We haven't had as much of a budget because of the $3000 taken care of

So because I won Build thread of the Year this year. @JLee so graciously hooked me up with some cash to spend at BAMF! He's an authorized Tepui dealer so I went ahead and went with the 6' tepui awning. Decided it would get better usage off the trailer than the truck and I'm super stoked about it
