Stock TRD Sport with new KO2's installed at dealer when truck had 100km's on it.

Truck pulls to the right... Took it to Toyota and they confirmed and booked it back in tomorrow to have alignment tech look at it.

My question here: Why would this be out already? No off-roading, nothing other than drives up the mountains and around the city... Confused about this one. Thoughts?

Things settle in/wear out, anything elastic will deform and conform. Springs may have settled or maybe perhaps even U bolts may have loosened up in the rear. Might want to have them check that out too before they align it. It happens. Lots of moving parts. It's under warranty and they'll make a note of it, and you're leaving a documented trail should anything more serious arise in the future. Repair orders usually show brief recent vehicle service history if you're the loyal customer type and techs usually take note of it along with the SA.

I could see any of the above easily but the truck has 1,800 Kilometers on it....

It was driven and stuff moves. Vehicles are geometric wonders with lots of dynamic movements. It doesn't matter what mileage it's at.
Just make sure the dealer checks all your concerns and do a good visual/ mechanical suspension check, which a good tech should do if an alignment needs to be done so early. Ask for the shop foreman to check things, they're the top of the bunch and get training for new vehicles introduced in new lineups.

They may have left a Jam Nut loose or something at the factory and it moved out of spec slightly.

Yes, it could be out this early. it could be a tire issue too--I understand that they're new, but that doesn't mean they can't cause a pull. Just go get it checked out. Easy fix either way.

Also, ask them if they did the zero point re-calibration. It's supposed to be done anytime you have an alignment.
