Sounds like cord separation in a tire. Take off one front tire, put the spare on, and see if it happens. if it does, try the other front tire, and keep going until all 4 tires have been replaced by the spare.

It really does sound like a torque converter lock up shudder. So when the slu solonoid activates, fluid pressure in front of the flex lock up plate drops and causes the flex lock up clutch to engage the housing of the converter, but if the fluid is moving fast enough or the fluid is the wrong type the lock up plate will basically bounce on and off of it causing a severe vibration.

I say this could easily still be a wheel bearing. Most likely rear. The rate of wear on a rear wheel bearing once it starts to go bad could be significantly slower than that of the front because it experiences less lateral force (so, no increase in severity after 10k wouldnt be unlikely). Also just the nature of a worn bearing could cause the issue to reproduce at different speeds. Removing the vehicle from the ground also takes the load off of the wheel bearings which could explain no vibration while on lift.

I had the driveshaft replaced under warranty last week and it fixed my vibe. Hopefully you'll figure your vibe out soon.

    INTERESTING EDIT, more diagnostic.

So still no fixe for this issue. Winter is now here and I found a good patch of ice to try and get the back wheels spinning up too speeds that it would vibrate without the front wheels moving. SO traction control off, two back wheels spinning, I was holding speeds from 100km/h all the way to 170km/h on ice, truck not going forward because I'm on ice so front wheels not moving. NO vibration!!
This makes me think the vibration would be in the front drive line.

Keep in mind I don't have any steering wheel vibration wen it occurs on the highway.

Anyone have any leads on fixing this or tips or anything? lol
    Thanks!!

So op ran with no rear ds, still vibration. Does ops truck not have a front shaft he can remove to check?

And this may just be me being dumber than normal but he keeps saying the vibration is villante, what does that mean?

Anyway, the only times I've had vibration at random times it had been wind related to aerodynamics. Head wind and it would come on at low speed, taIL wind and higher speed.

Still no fix to this so no one got 50 bucks lol

For the needle bearing, Im not sure how to diagnose if that would be the problem. Theres a little play in it wen I grab it by the CV and move up and down but I believe it is normal play. And this vibration started very randomly and did not get worst in the past 20,000km, its just always the same.

By villante, I mean it shakes the whole truck bad, cab and box but not the steering wheel.
