Welcome to TW! I have no experience with tires that big, but I'm sure you'll need lift and possibly spacers to take your truck from the stock 265/70R16 (<31" tall, <10.5" wide) tires with which it probably came to tires that are almost 35" tall and over 11" wide. A quick search indicates the tires will work with a big enough lift, but are probably not optimal.

Tire size is a frequently discussed issue. I suggest spending some time searching and perusing this, the Wheels & Tires, and the Suspension forums for information related to your question. You also may find the Tire Size Calculator useful in comparing potential tire sizes.

    Some
definitely will need a lift and a body mount chop to clear a 285/75/18
