I'm not totally sure on the mesh (wire) style grilles. As mentioned, that tape is very strong and because it's foam tape is conforms well to uneven/not-smooth surfaces. Another option is epoxy glue/cement, like JB Weld or something similar.

Just doing a quick review on my order. First off the shipping is great and quick I received my order in two days! Great help from also he answered all my questions with everything and even gave me great advice on how to install. I have the paramount evolution grille with a different style mesh more like a thin wire and not the flat mesh these letters usually go on. But as recommended I bought 400 grit sanding paper, sanded all the letters down good, then used a self etching primer and rattle can "hammered black" to paint. After painting and allowing to dry, took about 20 min do install and align with 3m double-sided tape. Overall great product, super easy install, im happy and would recommend to anyone looking to get these at a better price. Tacoma...jpgtacoma1.jpg

for those concerned about the "tape" for holding these on. I have something similar, but i used Automotive goop from auto zone. its like $4 and its a glue. My mesh grille has been glued in for almost a year now and no issues at all. and i have TRD letters glued onto the grille. Again, no issues. the glue seeps into and behind the mesh or wire grille, allowing great adhesion.

    GOOD NEWS!

I can now sell you the 3M double-sided mounting tape for just an additional $5. (1/2" x 36" strip)

This tape is what most people use to mount the letters to the grille (or wherever). It's super strong, sticks to most surfaces (incl. uneven surfaces) and works in cold or hot weather. Save time and money by just getting it with your letters.

The 3M VHB tape will cost you about $2/ft elsewhere, and you'll end up with way more than you need. I'll send you 3 ft - enough to mount the letters, plus a little extra in case you have to redo some.

I'd be interested in a "Toyota" in a 2nd gen style but much smaller. Similar to the old land cruiser letters which are 14" I think. Do you have the ability to churn those out too?

Are there any pics of anyone with the OG style "TOYOTA" logo on their front grill...?

I have a grill I just got from customcargrills and am toying (no pun intended) with the notion of doing the OG logo... to match my tailgate.
Probably keep it the natural aluminum for nice contrast.
