I agree. If a ding or pin stripe is going to ruin your day it might be best to stay home. im going to try my best to not damage my truck but if I do it won't ruin my day. In the end it's why I bought the truck. With the story's and pictures of people driving stock trucks I think I have some good odds of having a blast without damage.

A bunch a cool stickers, a bada ass MetalMiller Tx Longhorns grill emblem painted Hemi Orange, JBA long tube headers with o2 sims, Diff breather mod, Red LED interior lights, Fancy head unit that plays ipod n movies, Also DIY install factory stuff like, factory cruise control, factory intermittent wipers, OME nitro struts with 886x springs and toy tec top plate, JBA high caster UCA's for better alignmnet and dey beefier too, Old Man Emu Dakar leaf springs in da rear with the gear, U bolt flipper, Ivan Stewart TRD rims with 33" K Bro 2's, some bad ass weather tech floor liners so I don't muck up my interior, an ATO shackle flipper for mo travel in da rear wit the gear, also super shiny Fox 2.0 shocks back there too, all sorts of steal armor for bouncing off of the rocks like demello sliders, AP front skid, trans skid, n transfer skid, demello gas tank skid, and a tough as nails ARB bumper with warn 8k winch, I'm sure there's more
Although I think having a locker is something that will keep you out of trouble more than having a lift, tires, and armor.

Are you going to be there on the 28th as well with the other Austin guys? I'm thinking about heading up. Wife will be out of town that weekend but that means I'd have both kiddos with me so I'm not sure. The older one is fine... The younger might get cranky.

I'll be camping in Area 51 from the 26th to the morning of the 29th. @wagerhope will be camping with us once he's out there.

I'll be with some other guys from Houston, so about 4-5 rigs total. I'm sure we'll wheel as one big group at some point on the 28th.

Cool. Come down to Area 51 for a beer once you get there. We'll be the group under the trees, probably (hopefully) the only ones out there.

Cool I will do that! How do people work their camp site? Do they break down tents and things when they hit the trails? How worried about theft should I be?

No they don't. It's mostly based on the camper's "honor system" where people don't mess with other's stuff. We tend to bring our Yeti coolers with us when we wheel so that's not really an issue. Otherwise we put our valuables out of sight and it's always been fine. This is private land, so if anything gets stolen, we'd notify the rangers at the front office. There's only one in/out gate anyway.

I might come that weekend too instead. Seems like it would be a lot less hectic.

For any of you guys wanting to come out that weekend, I'm trying to get rid of my Pelfreybilt IFS and Mid skids (both aluminum and powdercoated). I will gladly bring them with me if anyone is interested in buying.

Oh man, RZRs are soooo much fun at HF. So many dedicated trails out there for side-by-sides and ATVs.

Depends how much rain we get over the next few weeks. It's mostly limestone out there so shouldn't need them if it's on the dry side.
