    I've put forth too much effort that has just gone to absolute waste over the last 9 years. I have too many issues with the new Air Force so I'm taking control of my career by going to do something else.

    If Obamacare gets repealed and replaced that should help a lot. My mom is the office manager for a group of surgeons in Dallas and she has seen the horrible negative effects of that monstrosity first hand; on the patients side and the doctors side. Everyone loses with the "Affordable" Care Act.

    The pay checks and the retirement aren't enough incentive to keep going. I can make more and provide myself a better retirement outside of the military.

    MT stuff, RTT stuff, the usual.
    So was at QT awhile ago and this dude is checking out the tuck and we get to talking about what's on it and how I'm going to switch to 700lb springs up front and well anyways, the dude basically asked the following:

    When I change my springs, have I thought about putting MT spindles or similar on it to have the lift, without all the preload in the coils?

    That's the second guy who's asked me that / suggested that.


    Naturally I acted like I'd thought about it, since I don't know shit about that.

    What's the pros / cons of that? I don't know shit about spindles, their strength, or their reliability.

    Currently have Fox 2.5" r/r C/Os & TC UCAs up front, dakars abd 2.5" r/r in back

    Reclass? Lateral transfer to the Army? Special Duty? There's a lot of options out there. Although I'm getting screwed and sent to Guam, military has been pretty good to me in 7 years

    I'm still going to the reserves, I just want a little more control over my life. I want to have some actual say in where I live. I want to have a stable family life and not wonder when I'll be going back to AUAB. I would gladly go to Guam right now, I love tropical islands.

    Ignore them. A 14" coil, especially with 700 springs should have nearly 0 preload. Get spindle gussets and call it a day
