There are time were I wish I had studied welding engineering. Every time I see the salary for a senior welding engineer I am shocked.

yes I can .. I legit have only met 1 good engineer and have been doing construction for almost 13 years and close to 50 t/a's

 

that's the problem with young people now ... yall always want what makes the most money and dgaf how you get there ... why not become an engineer to actually learn wtf you're supposed to be doing instead of walking in the gate with dollar signs in your eyes

 

That and control systems engineers. Oh I know about Saudi Aramco. My company has done a lot of work with them.

 

Good thing I worked my way up. I made the decision to became an engineer because I like to solve problems and find better solutions for people. The money is just a perk.

 

Fuck off lol I didn't say I wanted it for the money. I said it'd be cool to get paid for the neck up not neck down. The mentally stimulating challenges are what I would enjoy about the job.
