Switching from P rated tires to E rated tires decreased my MPG but adding a tube bumper did not.

I went from Cooper St Pros to Cooper Maxx's recently, same size. I never really paid attention to the weight of either tire. My mileage doesn't really bother me unless there's something stupid taking it down.

My mileage doesn't bother me now that I have a 1st gen 2.7L that can go a week on a 1/4 tank of gas.

Where you able to try them out at some store before you purchased? Want to upgrade but worried I won't like the seats!

I was not, my friend had the moab ones for his jeep and they were comfy, but i like mine way better...was super scared about it too, but they are awesome...you can call them and see if they have a place nearby that has their seats to test out at a lical dealer, closest one to me was about 4 hrs away. I rolled the dice and scored

I'm still new to this forum. So I'm constantly lurking and searching to make some check/to-do lists.
Did the grey wire mod today. Finished up breather mods too (rear diff, front diff, ADD). Flipped the spare while I was under there. Also able to lock down both front door scuff plates with some nylon nuts shoved in the floor pan holes.

I love this site. Big thanks to all DIY posts.

Can you explain more? Is there a certain size nylon nut to use, or would just anything that the screw will bite into work? I think I need to do this. I just noticed that my door scuff plate screws were loose and didn't want to snug up.

Im assuming he stripped the threaded plastic clips and replaced with a real nut.
