Quick question, if I were to install a 2016 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 susupension on my 2013 reg cab 4x4, how much lift would I expect to get?

If you got saggy beat up stuff and going from 3 to 4 leaf you might but being 2013 I bet you already have 4 leafs tho. Maybe 1/2 inch up front if yours was really "used" and maybe 3/4" going from saggy 3 leafs to fresher 4 leaf oems. I got 3/4" from doing the 3 leaf to 4 leaf swap.

 

If anyone knows about a 2nd gen reg cab manual 4x4 in CA for less than $10k please let me know - thank you!

 

I was literally just yesterday looking through Craigslist for this same item... there are some nice 2007, 2008's out there for $7,500-12,000.

 

Adjusted the coilovers to 4 inches of lift today should of gone with the 305s instead of the 285s

 

Threw some 2017 SR take-offs on my RC. They match the MGM nearly spot on. Crappy Ipic.

 

Hey hookers what's crackin'?? What if I was to do a seat swap with some bucket seat, and put a console in there with a mount for my guns and 2 way radio. I worked maintenance on rail road cars for about a year and destroyed my seats. My question is, if I delete my seats can do a little wiring to keep the air bags working?? Let me know what y'all think.

 

Your 2014 came with bucket seats correct?
- If your truck came with buckets, look for a junkyard truck that you can just swap seats for like a 4Runner or Rav-4 for alternates... I would assume that the Toyota seat sensors are the same across similar year runs.

*Edit - Or maybe I'm misunderstanding your question and you're asking if you can delete your passenger seat to create a storage space for your equipment and you want to keep the operation of your airbags in general?

 

If you swap single cab buckets they will. My truck came with them from the factory and use the same stuff as bench seats I believe. Just gotta find some though - maybe get lucky at a junk yard.

 

Naw it has a bench seat that looks and feels like it cost Toyota 6 dollars to build. After 07, regular cab only have bench seats I believe. But I'm not talking about swapping for Toyota seats...I'm talking aftermarket black fake leather so when I take my doors off, I can just wipe them off.

 

My 2014 has buckets that is why I said what I said.

Hmmm. I dont like any of those seats at all for that kit. However, I wonder if I could call them and see if they would sell me just the electronics to trick my truck into thinking the bench was still in there. I will look at Rav 4 or 4 runner seats too. Thanks for the link.

08 was last yr for buckets/console in RC Prerunner. Thought they went farther than 08 if 4x4 but 2012 on had to get auto to get buckets in 4x4 RC.
