    I'll try to explain from the experience with my install. The lines on the template that you're supposed to line up on your fender "lines" are probably 3/16" of an inch wide with NO direction on where to place the line on the fender, (i.e.: inside of printed line to inside of fender line or outside of printed line to inside of fender line). Adding to that, you can't hold the snorkel up to the body to get a feel for exact location because of the 4 1/8" flange that goes through the fender. That said, there is room to do some "tweaking" on the holes for final adjustment (dremel is handy) to get it matched to the fender and it will be hidden behind the snorkel body. You have to be really patient/anal/OCD/quirky/enter affliction.... I have a 2010 and I thought I read that there are some differences with newer models so do some homework before you start cutting. Honestly I don't think it's all that bad and I can't imagine that the ARB is any different especially since that one isn't even made for the Tacoma.

    Oh yeah, and a shot of liquid courage does a world of good on that big hole!

    Seems like cutting a large round hole with a dremel, would be difficult.
