Started to do a refurb and build of my airchime set.
Anybody got a set of nathans on their rig?

This build Will be slow (like me!) as I am recovering from a concussion

    Bump! Anyone running train horns?
Here is making the plate I'm mounting everything to
    image.jpg
Welded tabs up in the spare location, and I was able to trace them onto my plate before I welded it up to get the mounting holes lined up perfectly

It was easier to align one piece rather then 4 individual.
After mock up, trim and transfering of holes I welded up the exposed ends, cut the temporary bracket off and finished welding up the fresh cut side

Here is the 1/4' aluminum diamond plate mocked up

    To be continued!

Test fitting for clearance on truck
    IMG_8666.jpg
That was too big so had to re config everything and another time test fitting

This should be the final mockup.. plumbing everything for good soon and next to wiring it all up....

I have train horns from hornblasters. I freaking LOVE them! One of my favorite mods for sure!
