So im in a lost stage was gonna do a sas but decided it might be a little to big for my use. So i was wondering whats the best 3 to 5 inch lift kits out there. I would lile to do something a liitle bigger than a 3 inch but i could always add a 1 inch body lift. Any suggestions? Pictures of trucks/lifts would be much appreciated. Note:im having a large bed rack installed, arb front bumper and heavy offroad rear bumper, sliders and a heavy tool box in the bed. And I pull heavy load trailers, etc. So not something that im gonna break pulling stuff with.

I have Toytec and Bilsteins and like them. I only run about 2" of lift though to save my CV Axles. OME and some height adjustable Bilsteins are a popular one as well. Can't go wrong with either. They are not the best but not the worst. Pretty good deal on most parts.

Yeah. I liked the look of toytec boss set up. Just kinda want something a little higher. Are the toytecs pretty good with weight? Is there anything I could add to these lifts separately that could give another inch or two instead od body lifts?

My Toytec setup comes with 620lb. Eibach springs. They are meant for a heavy plate bumper. I also have a V6. The springs I have might be too rough for a 4 cylinder pickup. The OME coils are a little lower in the lbs. so they might be better for on-road manners without a winch and bumper. I have stock bumper on and my springs ride fairly well. I can tell they are quite a bit more stiff than stock.

I have a Toytec with silver springs. Set at 3'. Very rough ride. 5100`s seem to be maxed out? going over a speed bump , they instantly slam down. As if.... there is no more downtravel... Hope that makes sense

You might be better using stock spring or OME... or save a little more for Bilstein 6112 and
    BILSTEIN B110 5100

    Hello,
So the highest suspension system you can put on stock components on the Tacoma is going to be 3". Yes you can add a body lift on as well to give you a bit more tire clearance overall. It really all depends on what you are wanting to do with the truck. The OME is a good solid strong suspension system, really meant to hold a bit of weight on the truck. The boss is going to be geared towards the everyday driver/weekend offroader and perform well on both spectrum. You definitely could go with the 5100's with our Toytec coils and have a good daily driver. The 5100's are more of a stock replacement lift kit but can perform offroad very well also.

PM or give us a call and we can walk you through some stuff and get you setup right.

If you are using our coil it should be on the bottom clip when you get a chance to take a look.

Okay. I might just get another truck for work. So what would be the best performance/offroading one. Id like to be able to play in the mud and snow and also go trail riding through the woods and creeks. Im also installing a turbo on my truck so i can play around with some of my friends on the streets if that matters at all

I got a hold of Toytec when I ordered my set-up. Very quick response and I have my Bilsteins on the lower clip. I also have adjustable coilovers. If I go to 3" the pre-load on the springs is quite noticeable. I think 2" is just about right. IMO if you go higher and put bigger tires on these pickups it doesn't have enough power to justify (stock V6). Then you get into 33" or 35" tires and end up in an MPG thread. lol
