Can Someone Run This VIN?

Everything has been good with talking to the seller, but figured it would be worth it to check on mileage, accidents, etc. He has it posted at 202k right now. Thank you for helping.

According to the California BAR web-site, that truck did not pass the smog check on 1/27/2017 at 4:24 pm,
due to "Emission Device found to be Tampered"

I didn't know that I got a time machine out of the deal! Just kidding. Thank you very much. He had a magnaflow cat without a carb sticker and was nice enough to buy a new carb legal cat and then get it smogged so it was ready to change hands. Where did you get that info from btw? Thanks again!
