Headlight Retrofit Places?

Any one here know of anyone or places in the San Antonio area that does retrofits for headlights or just customization? Really I'm just looking to get my headlight housing painted flat black, smoke the reflector or change for clear reflector instead of amber, and possible get some halos. I don't trust myself to do it so looking for someone/place with experience. Here's an example that kustom54lighting just finished up.

 

if you are just looking to paint the housing it's pretty simple, did it on my second gen lights and it took like one or two evenings if I remember correctly. The halos are more extensive and do cost a bit but I am sure there are several threads on what you would need or who could do that for you.
