Thanks to @automatcentral, I was fortunate enough to be given a pair of PIAA Night-Tech bulbs to try out and give my take on them! So, here goes.

I ordered the bulbs Tuesday morning, and received them on the following Sunday. Also got a bonus hat as a surprise.

The bulbs are standard halogen H4, so there's nothing special to install them. Just change out like any other headlight bulb.

For comparison, I have a few different bulbs installed.
Driver's side: PIAA Night Tech (~3600K color rated)
Passenger's side: Philips Crystal Vision ("up to"~4000K color rated)
Parking lights: Philips LED (~5000K color rated)
Fog lights: Standard Sylvania bulbs (not sure on the manufacturer color rating since they're just standard bulbs, but I'd guess around ~3000K)
    Whole front:

As you can see from the pics, the Philips bulb and PIAA bulb are very close, if not the same, in color. The Philips bulb is a hair whiter, but only if you look very closely. As far as throw, pretty much all the higher-end bulbs have the same throw, and the PIAAs are exactly what you'd expect.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
