I don't think it would be as bad if we have more than just a pair of arms.

One to hold the stuff up and one to roll it.

It wont be that bad... just peel off a corner, press it on, peel off the rest as you are rolling it on. Once you get a small area of the piece of mat stuck you shouldnt have to hold it up anymore. Hopefully!!!! :fingerscrossed:

I am going to be up at the first Electric RV campsite, that is where a bunch of the Tacoma World guys were last year and I like the location for getting to the pavilion, bathrooms, showers, etc. They have grass around that where you can camp.

I am going to need a mod day soon... i need to install a power pop lock tail gate, take out my subs so that i can send them back for repair (i beat them pretty hard..), i need to measure the max mount depth of the boxes i built to see if the new SA 10s will fit in the old box, and i need to install and tune this CB in my console when it comes in.

Also need to install an amp in the GFs car and hook her subs up...

I think i am going to have the antenna come off the rear tail, so i dont think that 4' will be enough... haha I just dont want to have a lot of cable left over to tuck away!

I got that and mounted it off the rear tailgate using a @Shmellmopwho antenna mount. Worked perfectly.

There is a grommet on the back wall that I put a hole through and ran it through and then drilled a hole in the bed and ran it down the bottom of the bed rail. I had some slack that I put in a loop and zip tied right before the antenna.

With a 4ft Firestick I was able to get a SWR of 1.1

And I have an SWR meter. However, I may end up moving the antenna to on top of the shell and mount it to the Prinsu if I do the Foxwing as it would get in the way possibly of the Foxwing.

I put one on mine and to me it is since I run the 4ft on the trails, yea it whips back and forth, but also helps when I hit a tree or something instead of breaking it.

I am hoping that if I do end up doing the mount up top that what I will end up doing is running just the 2ft up there along with the antenna for the HAM.
