Cleaning clear film on rear fenders

    2013 Sky Silver Tacoma Prerunner, Access Cab
    My truck has these clear rectangles on the rear fenders. I suppose they are there to protect the paint. The problem is cleaning the edges. My truck is silver and doesn't show dirt to bad except for around this film patches. Any suggestions on cleaning or maybe how to just remove?
