I was about to lose my *#+€ mind on the noise coming from the driver's door--- I tried all kinds of stuff....chamfering the speaker surround, lube-ing the fastex snap connectors on the door skin. Then I tried some silicone spray (bought it at Canadian Tire for about four bucks). Sprayed only on the rubber seals (located on the door, and also on the cab...)....in fact, I sprayed it on my fingers and then wiped them across the rubber seals.
    Problem is solved. Yahoo!!!

There's a whole thread on this. I cut little slits in the seals and crammed some 1/4" tubing down them, works great.

My passengers side door seal makes the most painful squeal in a high cross wind.

    Pretty tired of it tbh.

I get kazoo sound from passenger side when I get crosswind. The squeak is all the time....especially when the weather gets colder is worse.

Buddy of mine has an toy highlander and would get the annoying squeak. He said he clayed the door jams and waxed where the molding makes contact with Frame and no more squeaks. I haven't tried it myself because we've had rain past few weekends, but worth a try. It's getting annoying :annoyed:
