Hey guys, just wanted to post some pictures and share my experience with back rack. When I first got my truck (2016 TRD Off Road short box) I wanted to get a bed cover as well as a back rack, like I had on a chevy. It took me almost a year to wait and find brackets that would let me have both. I found them on eBay a few months ago and none of them said they would fit the 2016 model. So I bought them Anyway, they work and fit perfect as if it was on any other year Tacoma. I was even able to have it put on and work with my access roll up cover witch sits between the bed. Install was simple and the included instructions were kinda not needed. Here are the links to the brackets I used witch now say fits 2016.

Any other pictures? The adapter raises the backrack 2" and I was wondering if it's too high or if it looks off. Does anyone have any other pictures with the adapter? Are there any other options to have the backrack and a solid tonneau? Thanks.
