Just wrapped up installing AP spring pack, Ubolt Flip, and Timberland Bumpstops. Noticed the truck leans to the left and is resting on the new bump stops. Measurement to top of rear arch (centered) was 37" previously, with the new spring pack it is 37.5".

Anyone have any insight troubleshooting this? I really don't want to swap out the springs tonight, but don't have faith I can get down to Enchanted Tower and back as is in the morning.

Arb front bumper, warn winch, All Pro rear bumper, OME up front, OME and All Pro Standard in Back, ARB locker, 34 x 10.5 KO2's, 17" Level 8 Trackers, and fancy single piece driveshaft.
I think you can drive it without any issues short term. The rubber part of the Timbren (think that's what you meant) starts out at 3.75" tall, can can crush to 1.5" per a Timbren spec sheet I found online. I researched that when I was figuring out my new setup. They basically serve as an additional spring, but the ride goes downhill when they are in use. I had all pro standards, and as my truck got heavier, the bump stops were almost contacting the frame when the truck was "unloaded". I put on expos, and now the gap is bigger.

The lean to the left is normal. Mine leans 1/2". Some people correct it by adding a spacer on the front left coilover. It's due to the battery and fuel tank being on the left. It's not the fault of the leafs.

I think the bigger problem is that it sounds like you've got the AP standards, and you might need the expos. How much weight are you carrying?

Total of 80# over stock in the rear.

Standard weight should not be sitting that low. Two friends have the expos and they ride way stiff when unloaded.

This is all so confusing. Are we talking taco lean? What do you mean 80lbs over stock?

Have both the lean where with OEM springs and add a leafs it did not.

80 pounds is with a bed rack

Regardless, you shouldn't be riding on bump stops. Something is wrong, whether it be a faulty leaf pack or incorrect installation. Hopefully all pro will chime in soon @allpro

I am still confused. Show us pics with Measurements center of hub to fender and maybe it will make things clear. I think you are just dealing with taco lean which is an engineering flaw and unless you go custom leaf packs and spend some dough it will remain. I am not sure about AP but are leafs marked passenger/driver?

With only 80lbs extra load, you shouldn't be riding on the bumps. I know my standards weren't even with 400 lbs load. But they would hit the bumps then. The springs are not left-right specific. Not saying OP did this, but they could be installed backwards, but I don't know if even that would affect the ride height. Pictures needed, I guess.

Here is a photo of one of the stops.

Biggest problem I have is the AP 1.5" Add a leafs handled better and gave more lift than the 3" standard pack with the same weight in the back. I've done a number of Tacoma lifts and this one just has me scratching my head.

Pretty sure these leafs will be pulled here in the next week.

Yes, reached out before this post.

Wanted to get down and climb this weekend but did not want to risk damage to truck or parts.

That's smart. Better to wait and see what all pro does. It's likely a defective sprint pack and they'll replace it.

Check out this post. Seems at one time this past summer they had a problem with a supplier providing springs that were softer than spec. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/allpro-expo-leaf-pack-witch-shock.462148/#post-13776943. Worth asking about.

EDIT: Tanner at All Pro pm'ed me and assured me that they never actually received any softer than spec springs from their supplier. They found the problem during evaluation. Also, fwiw, I liked my standards when I had them, and I like my expos now that my truck is a little heavier.

The OP called in this morning. We asked him to send in pictures of the springs, like shown above, and also of a picture of the truck so we can see his set up and see what is going on. We do warranty springs that are not performing correctly.

    AllPro and Team,

Thanks to everyone helping trouble shoot the issue. I believe that we have a viable solution moving forward and will most likely follow up here in a few days / weekend when not so slammed with work.

    Thanks again!
