They can not be rebuilt. They are cleaned injectors from a low milage 2TR-FE. The company was referred to me from 3 big shops all saying they are one of the best companies in the injector business.

So I have determined the smoke occurs with heavy throttle and when the ECM goes into open loop. When it drops into open loop the air fuel ratio goes to 12.4:1! Way rich!

Okay I have the battery disconnected. It will remain disconnected until midnight. Hopefully it works.

Well it looks like Five0 Motor sports will be sending 4 new injectors soon.
Went through the drive learn and no dice. Seems the truck goes into open loop at higher RPM anything above 3800 and the engine goes to 12.2:1 on the AFR. Hopefully the injectors take care of the issue.

    SOLVED!!!

So after driving more there is no smoke present. Power has improved and overall engine performance has been restored.
Smoke only occurs occasionally during spark cutoff at the redline when in neutral or park. Under normal engine operation no smoke is present even when the ECM goes into open loop and AFR is 12.2:1.
Starting performance is now also restored.
The truck cranks properly and fires off correctly.

Thank you to all whom have helped.

I think mine was a multitude of small issues all working together. Not common but not surprising due to the age.

You didn't really say, but did say "new injectors are on the way". did the new injectors take care of most of the problem?

The injectors began leaking towards the end. Even throughout the time it was hard starting they did not leak.
Yes the reman injectors fixed alot. Some other electronics helped rid the truck of the constant hard starting but did not fully correct it. Gas in the oil was the final tattle tale.

Well just so everyone knows I have 100% closure to this issue. The other morning I opened the hood and had a peek at my fuel pressure gauge. It was still on 40 PSI of rail pressure after a 3 day soak. Also the oil consumption gas been reduced to a more normal rate but less than a full quart every 1000 miles.
Now for suspension repairs. New Mevotech Supreme LCA'S going on soon. I may rebuild the old ones one day so I'm planning on hanging on to them.

Thanks to everyone for all the help y'all gave me over the course of the thread.
