    I got this color because Steelers, also I have not had the chance to use them, but I will be this week hopefully.

    Went and did some chesticles and tris today at a local gym, I did me some 5x5 and I'm done.
    Saw some big black guy doing deads for reps with 405 then he we to 585 and barely got that locked out. My back hurt watching him. I also got to spot some smaller dude doing 175 on bench so I felt all swole lol.

    Ok time to eat.

    Now having two kids (3yo and 1yo) I don't make it to the gym at all. And I also live a solid 20 minutes from the nearest fitness center. So I'm looking at setting up a home gym in my basement.

    I'm 36 years old so I don't need anything fancy. But I also don't want super cheap junk. Besides reading reviews from customers I was just wanting any ideas from you guys that have home setups. I'm not a heavy lifter: 185 bench (max 215) and squat 215ish. Nothing crazy and I'll probably just look at higher reps anyways.

    Here's what I'm looking at so far.

    Besides these benches there's one at academy with a squat rack also that I'm interested in. Thanks again for any comments.

    All you need for a decent home set up is a squat rack with safety pins and a flat bench you can roll in and out. Then some weights. @Papa Taco has a sweet set up and I'm pretty sure it's all used he got on the cheap
