Spruce or Timberland?

I thought it was posted that it is Timberland & not spruce. then I heard a guy say he was happy he got the Spruce over the Timberland............which is it? do clarify, thanx

 

Do 3rd gens even come in these colors

 

No, there is no green for the 3rd gens, if there was I would own one. I was very sad to trade in my 09 timberland and not replace it with another green.

 

Timberland is a nice color... I like that color the best of all the Tacoma colors I've seen.. maybe there were issues with the paint at some point or likely marketing.... Toyota probably puts a premium on colors for marketing. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the "decider" factor for purchase for most people..mass market and all that jazz.
