It is Chance that does it. I think he does it on the side. So no Warranty, but he seems to do really good work!

    It worth it!
I drove up and helped him do the install. Theres not much to it at all! Swapping the trans is the longest part but we also did it in the flat driveway with a regular floor jack

I started collecting parts for my 2nd gen :woot:. I got the diff, axles, and hubs, picking up my transmission and front driveshaft soon. Then I need an FJ tcase, and figure out how to make the ADD work. Yours is a bit simpler with manual hubs :jellydance:

Started working on a rear bumper build today, I am doing a bumper similar to BoxRocket's Tacoma bumper:

Started with a 5"x3"x 1/4" wall tubing cut to length, then cut out where I am going to install my hitch:
    IMG_6762_9cb6448f62582662f76a540895ef3d08f7bc64d3.jpg
    IMG_6763_5820389c62e05617ebdade3833877f6b25492c66.jpg
    Started plating the cutout back:
    IMG_6765_bf0a2b014b6b700293a999a09c5bb44fd7620d3d.jpg

    Mocked up with the hitch:
    IMG_6766_601ca5f5d1403f0df58a7f7c893e534efa878df8.jpg

That's as far as i got today. The plan is to use 1/4" Plate to create the brackets then weld them to the tubing, along with another support tube for the hitch. I also plan to run a plate under the hitch and connect back into the bumper beyond the bevels. I am also going to add side protection and a rear swingout, but that will be part 2 of my bumper build.
