Can I still work at a bar ?

Never owned a tv

I am not an alcoholic

Alcohol is against my religion

 

Do they look like that in real life ?

 

Yes, you could work in a bar... Totally... A lot of potential employers would love a guy who won't drink for religious regions, because it means he won't help himself to the inventory...

 

The woman in the picture is supposed to be a bartender, and yes, a lot of them do actually look like that in real life...

However, at my bar, bartenders treat the barbacks with respect... I'm talking about "other bars."

 

I would be a good employee then !!

If she is using her looks to get tips

Why should she give any money to people in the back, who are obviously in the back for obvious reason ?

As long your religious beliefs wouldn't keep you from dealing with alcoholics... Owners and managers would NOT want an alcoholic bartending or even looking at the thousand of dollars in beer they have in the cold room... Why do you think I was entrusted to transport $10K in booze in the bed of my truck? None of the booze will literally and figuratively "fall off the back of the truck" and disappear while in my care! My no-nonsense, in-your-face honesty is what earns me respect in this industry...

 

But hey, I'm not writing huge long blogs. These are short threads, and people seem to be enjoying them!

I can't... that's above my paygrade... I guarantee that any bar in Doylestown would hire you though...

FYI I am not a big drinker at all. I have this mystical ability to go days or weeks without drinking, and then drink most of my friends under the table in one night and then wake up the next morning with no hangover...

 

Even for me that would be a lot...

 

Set a goal
Work hard
Create threads !!
