On your sliders what is the Pro's & Con's on getting straight slider vs kickout slider??? Same strength and protection? Never ran sliders before. Will be moving to Flagstaff AZ in a couple of years and for retirement and hope to be doing alot of wheeling in AZ.

Personal preference. Some people like to use the kickout to pivot around tight corners or to push them away from an obstacle. Other people think the kickout is just another thing to get hung up on the trail.

Jump over to the AZ BS 5.0 thread and ask those guys. They're all cool and helpful. Might make sense to ask them what the terrain is like and what they've learned while wheeling there. @Brian007Taco is active on that thread with lots of help and knowledge.

I am located in the Phoenix area. I have the kickouts. I like as it helps to get in easier depending on your lift size. Some prefer the straight slider because all its doing is protecting the cab of the truck. I like like the look of the kickout. All in personal preference though.
