Just wondering if you had to do it all over again would you buy the same truck ?

Im waiting on a 17 white Pro AT. I've always had Toyotas ( 4runner TE) and this would be my first Tacoma . Just concerned about quality issues .

    Any regrets ?

Still haven't taken delivery of my OR but having a few toyota trucks in the family (08 & 15 Tundra's, 01 Tacoma DC, 87 T100) apart from being on the short side (5'5") and having to deal with the small window and somewhat limited vision over the hood, I have no regrets- resale value, reliability (father in law still has the T100) and interior, the taco killed the competition. Canyon/Z71 and frontier didn't come close.

I would! White wasn't my first color choice. After owning it for 3 months I couldn't imagine owning any other Taco!

He's going to buy it. The real question is what's the over under he's back in 3 to 6 months with a thread about trading it in and having transmission issues?

Us Pro owners have low self esteem

Thus we buy Pro in the first place

And only a Pro owner would start such a thread even though there are 173,837 other threads exactly like this

Very happy with mine at 1200 miles. Thus far, none of the issues others have posted so frequently about.

I wanted the cement colour because I loved how it looked in photos. Just saw it in person. So glad I didn't get it lol. Much lighter than I thought.

So happy with my off road in MGM. Definitely would buy again

I love mine. Really. The transmission and power issues are there, but not what many people have described. Everything else on my truck is perfect. I am coming off a 2002 F250 Lariat Crew Cab V10 I needed for heavy towing, I looked at everything out there and would choose the Tacoma again.

Yes. 14 months and 13,000 miles later.
