8th Annual South Padre Island Tacoma World Meet 05-27-2017

Wow, you're awesome, man!

Where were you when I installed the lift on my truck!

 

May have been in Pennsylvania, shoveling snow, and dreaming about Texas in August.

 

Well, just think of it this way: My girlfriend and I are driving all the way from Cali to host the meet and you're only driving about 5-6 hours, and maaaaybe a hotel? I don't know if you have family in the valley or not.

So it's not like you're driving 1,000+ miles just for this.

Haha jk man, seriously though, we all really hope you can make it out there to join us! At the end of the day an experience itself always outweighs any material possessions. Especially if it's an experience such as a TW meet.

And who knows, you might meet some people who are also willing to help you out along the way, like @Texoma

Haha jk, seriously though, you should start something local to you. That was the main reason I started this one 8 years ago. I simply googled "south padre island tacomaworld meet" and a few TW links popped up but nothing ever came to fruition.

Look at us now! Last year we had 50+ trucks show up!!!

Weekend's almost over!

My girlfriend and I are really looking forward to this trip! It'll be the first time my family sees her with her beautiful prego belly!!!!!!!!!! EXCITING!!!

My truck! She's handling it like a CHAMP!!!!

Last Friday was the worst of it apparently and I was stuck at work for the most of it sooo not too bad actually. It would've been nice if I could've gotten gone out and get some footage of it all.

It's ok though. It didn't seem as bad as the rains that hit Texas in May of 2015.

You already know im there! this will be my 3rd or 4th year I dont even remember now lol! always a blast! I think being in May it might slightly affect attendance but who cares baby is more important!!! congrats by the way. always had so much every year! I got a new bedliner full paint job and a new bumper to show off!

 

I honestly hope it doesn't hurt attendance but we'll see. Thank you for your words, man!

We hope this year will be a blast! I'm just a wee bit disappointed because I'd like to have my own drone by then but I don't think it's gonna happen this year either.

 

My girlfriend and I find out this weekend if we're having a boy or a girl!
