@NEWBIETACO what would you say your top speed is with your 4.56 gears?? What is your RPMs @ 70mph? I was talking to someone yesterday about 4.88 gears, said they were running about 4.7kRPMs at 70mph... So that talked me out of 4.88 gears, and probably 37s...

At 75 I'm at 2500. What truck do they have? Hell with 5.13s it wouldn't turn it that high

Im not sure. Maybe a dodge... That is good to hear though! I was kinda blown away when i heard that. I will probably just do some 315s with 4.56 gears. That will get me where i want to go without having to do as much work for 37s

I'd still keep 4.88s with 35s. Our bumper are not exactly the most aerodynamic and all the extra weight along with a trailer if you tow, you would want the 4.88

@ETXTacoma @NEWBIETACO @hoarder23 I just found a shop that is going to hook me up with a bed rack! Danger Close Off Road! :infantry:

Edit: So this was a friend of the family hookup, Jeremy at Danger Close does not just let anyone use their equipment for safety & legal reasons. They have asked me to let everyone know that they do have great products for a great price point, but they can not extend my "friend of the family" deal to the public.

I am waiting to get prices from them so that i can post them up on the DFW BS thread for others to know. I also plan to get some photos of their stuff as they also make long travel kits for Tacomas.

I also get to design it my self! Which is costing me more $$ but also allowing for some innovation! So i am going to try to add all kinds of goodies!
He works out of danger close off road. He has a website and a facebook page! He said that he has pipe bending software so he should be able to do great things!

Man i will probably be in tyler to get it welded up! He is just going to let me use his metal and bender for a fee. The welding will cost me a case of beer so im not worried about that.
