    I don't listen to reggae often. If it comes on my smx while browsing, I will listen.
    However....I did see a copy of Health and Fitness maybe over a year ago and on the cover was an intriguing looking individual by the name of "Yellowman".
    I'm sure many most everyone in here knows who he is, but I didn't. Anyway....this cat has a pretty severe workout regime and eats properly. After reading his story about some of his severe health issues, I tune in more on smx and catch some of his vibe.
