-You'll need to cut the cab mount back as far as you can. And hammer the fire wall with a sledge. Up to about where my hand shows. The top of the wheel will rub so you can hammer at the top as well or use a 3/8 spacer on your bump stops. In the picture you'll see white marks where I'm rubbing.

-For the fenders I used a jigsaw. Tape the area with blue tape so you can mark it. I removed 2.5". Some guys only remove 2" but I wanted to be sure I'd have no issues. You can use a compass or the old tape measure trick.(reference picture below) hold you index finger at 2.5" and a pencil at the end of the tape and run along the fender with the index finger. I found this to be way easier than a compass.
    20170204_101239.jpg 20170221_114528.jpg

-For the plastic fenders I used a Dremel. Some guys also use the jigsaw. I felt it came out way cleaner with Dremel. It kind of melts the plastic but I had way more control with it. You want to cut 2.5" to the plastic fender flare as well.

    - The rear doesn't really need to be cut as much but your truck would look wierd with a big fender in the back so do them all 2.5" front and rear.

    - rear fender bracket towards the cabin gets removed. The one towards the rear can get relocated past your cut. I was able to use 1 existing hole. The other needs to be drilled.

-all fender liner needs to be removed

-you will break plastic clips when removing the plastic flare. Don't stress it. Get more from the dealer.

-add black door trim from the auto store to cut fenders. I only used on the metal because the cut on the plastic came out so clean

35s are awesome you won't regret it! Let me know if you need anything else. Happy to help.

    Finish product

you got a lift right? If you have stock rims youll need a spacer so you dont rub the UCA. Just make sure you slowly flex test before taking it in some serious offroading.

Yea I've been ready to do this for while, it's time, all suspension good, kings, expos, shackle flip, 4:88's spidertrax spacers. Have 34/10.5/17 k02's but they measure really small

great looking truck! You will probably have to cut the HC bumper with a grinder. After seeing your truck I imagine you pretty good with this sort of thing. Ask away if you need anything else.

Any close up pictures of the rear of the front fenders? I know I am needing to trip there but trying to get an idea of where what. May eventually trip the whole fender as noted but not on 35's just yet but considering it in the future when I bump up the gearing.

I can take a pic of mine later but will not help much cause everythings been trimmed. If your running 33s take a pic of the area and I'll highlight what you should cut when I get home today.

Sounds good. i can do that later today. I did the CMC and knew I would need to trim some. Also I am guessing I could use some additional Castor. I think I am sitting at +1.8 right now.

Been debating on the Shackle flip. Still working on my suspension so have not stressed it yet. What was your reasoning for the flip?

Just grabbed these of the wheel wells and the rear of the front of each side.

I was guessing the lower piece that hangs out for sure.
