Hi thank you I got mine and have a question.
Is it supposed to fit tight/flush with bottom? Mine sits up slightly it feels snug & is riding the center tabs. I just can't get the center support to hit the bottom. Maybe adjust the screws? I love it though top quality made & quick ship. Judy

    Thanks, glad you like it.

You will see a little gap at the bottom because the base of the cup holder pocket is not flat. The pocket has a ridge down the center and pitches towards the doors. It's really suttle, but it's enough that the center divider contacts in the center and not on its edges. When it's seated, you shouldn't be able to pass a dime under it.

I snapped this photo with the divider horizontal and the dime is not falling through.

Please let me know if yours will not sit this low.

Good job on designing and marketing this product. I was a bit envious when I saw it, because it's a problem that I've had but didn't think to solve. Not that I have the equipment to build these anyway (yet), but some day I hope to have a small scale product for sale on TW. Congratulations and good luck!

Because I had the crappy stock rubber cup holders, I put led lights in all the doors and cup holders in my truck except for the two front. Now that I have your new cup holder, led's are going in them this weekend. Pics to follow soon.

Sure, there are a few options. Hopefully one of them will be what you are looking for.

    1. I can swap it out for one that should sit flush on the ridge of the pocket. I have made a .5 degree adjustment to the pattern to account for this gap on some trucks. Shoot me a PM and we can get the ball rolling.

    2. You can sand a little of the bottom in the area that is contacting the bottom. It doesn't take much (less than 1/32"). I understand this isn't what you signed up for when you bought my product. If you are game, I can print up some very specific instructions. With a belt sander it takes about 15 seconds and by hand it should take less than five minutes.

    3. Keep on rocking it with a little gap in the back. The gap is cosmetic and will not affect its function.

Let me know what you want to do.

Router is down for a few days. Finally burned the brushes out after three years. Hope to finish a new batch late next week.

There are two left in stock on the web store.

I installed LED's in the cup holder so now it's lit from the top and bottom. I'll take better night pics tonight.
