Just wanted to know if Im the only one having this issue. Truck only has 1600 miles and has never had a fender bender. Somwhere underneath the front, whenever I hit a moderately sized bump it sounds like something plastic is loose. By loose i mean only light loose, but enough to make a irritating rattle. I think it might be the front bumper.

Check the Cab Mounts, the Passenger side front one seems to fail a lot on these trucks.

Thanks for the info guys, unfortunately here in Oahu you have to wait about 30 to 40 days to get your Toyota into the Service Department. So.... I have tried to find the rattle, but no luck. Over less moderate bumps or just highway driving I hear nothing. Usually takes a pot hole like a 3 inchs deep so it maybe just the way it is.

By the way, it is definitely not the dash, its outside in the lower front part near the front suspension. And it doesnt get under 65 here even in the winter nights with the coldest wind chill.

Do you hear anything in the front when driving over pot holes? My rear suspension is super quiet, nothing rattles or squeaks back there. Thanks for the reply.

    What he said..?? ^^^^^^^^
Some cheap plastic pins on them. Mine will make noise if I reach in and hit them with my hand... Try that to see if it's the sound.
