So far they have been the best tires I have bought. I ran a set of BFG KM2's and I had a cupping issue even with consistant rotations. The Toyo Open country's are great. I haven't had any cupping issues and aren't too loud on the road. They also have taken a significant beating on the side walls and are still holding up!

    I highly recommend.

Any troubles fitting them? I know they are a little taller than most 255s

Its .090" ABS. its flexible enough to bend into place. No need to use a heat gun. I bought a 4'x8' piece for around $50 from a local plastics supplier.

I have the harbor Freight ball joint press (giant C-clamp essentially). I mounted the clamp on a pillar in my garage so I had a stable surface to work on. I also bought the Total Chaos uniball tool. Its just a piece of pipe with an end cap welded on. I suppose you could use a large socket to press against the uniball.

The hardest part surprisingly, was installing the new spring clips. I had to break down and buy a $30 pair of pliers after having the harbor freight ones break in my hands while under tension...

    Update 9/1/2017

I decided to replace my bushings for the spring under kit and paint the frame from the cab back. It was a larger project than anticipated. I plan on painting the rear bumper at a later date.

Its ABS. I got a 4'x8' sheet for $50. I found a cheaper supplier here in Salt lake that offers it for $35. Its flexible enough that you don't need a heat gun to shape it.

Awesome. Do you plan on running glass fenders or what? I saw that you plan on 35's. I am on the fence about running larger tires even though I have the gears for it.

I recently made some fender liners for a buddy that also has glass fenders. Here are the templates pre-install/ finish cutting/ sanding. I could get fancy and get these laser cut, but that wouldn't be fun!

About a month ago, I finally bought some Traction Boards. I thought about maxtrax but I like the concept behind the Tred Pro's. I also could have used them when I got stuck in Idaho this summer. I made a quick mount so I can set them on the roof. The mount cost me all of $10. I might change some things, but so far it works.
