What skid plate does the OP have? It's pretty badass! Except I don't modify it to hang up on huge rocks like he did haha

Sorry to be "that guy", but I've been researching this a while now and can't seem to find a good write-up concerning the boot clamp mod. Anyone got a link??

So after reading 253 post looks like I am returning or cancelling the DD I ordered.
One question what is a boot slide mod?

You remove the stock clamp on the inner boot and replace it with a hose clamp to manually adjust the length of the boot so the fins don't rub.

I just installed my OME kit the other day and I noticed the sway bar was making contact with the coil bucket. You might want to get a sway bar relocate and put it on when you do your install.

One thing not mentioned with the drop kits and front lifts is alignment specs. Wouldn't a 1" diff drop kit help bring the alignment back to factory specs? I only say this because I do have this diff drop kit on my truck. Here is my alignment before and after with diff drop installed. I may not have that extra clearance in front but I like how the truck handles.

No. Not at all. It has zero affect on wheel alignment.
