Love my Cooper STT PRO's!! I've always been a BFG guy! KM2's, KO's, KO2's. I by far like the Cooper's more! They are more quiet them my KM2's I've had. And they don't pick up every single pebble like the KO's think they need to.
So far in the snow and ice the Cooper's have been great here in Central Oregon.
Definitely will be getting the PRO'S again!

How much louder are the cooper mud tires compared to the ko2? Since youve ran both?

the KO will likely be longer as its an AT and the cooper stt pro is a Mud
Muds don't last as long usually.

Loudness, I'd say they are pretty close to the same. KO2's like to pick up everything that isn't solidly attached to the earth and give it a fling. That's what I hated about the KO2's.
Cooper's aren't very loud. They have a slight him to them. But average radio volume you can't hear them.
So far, I've loved everything about the STT PRO'S! In the snow and ice the work amazing. Next set of tires will be STT PRO's as well.

It's got a cop motor, a 440-cubic-inch plant. It's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.
i have both on different sets of wheels so i can swap. the pros are much louder. which is to be expected. they are about the same as most other MTs. the ko2s are not much louder than stock but heavier. my k02s are 265/75/16 on stock OR wheels, and the pros are 285/70/17, so its not a perfectly even comparison but whatever

Love my ko2. I have no problem going uphill my driveway with 6" of snow. Guess it depends on the driver and they are quiet.

For what it's worth, I've got the STT Pros in 265/75/16 and have been very happy with them. I've got about 25k miles on them and I'm down to about 10 or 11/32. I'll definitely buy them again when their done. These do rub the stock mudflaps slightly under almost full lock with the SCS wheels I've got but also no lift yet and no issues with the UCA's.

yeah these are amazing... i wouldn't even consider the Pros unless i was running in deep mud literallly every day. the Maxx's are hardcore for offroad and have a higher void design than typical AT's like the KO's.
