I just graduated from college back in December. I got my degree in business administration. I've been searching pretty actively since the middle of January with little success.

Does anyone have any advice, suggestions, or potential leads?
I'm currently in the OC area and I would prefer to not relocate.

    Thanks!

Think its a good idea to post location - if you are willing to move or not..

Make a list of the people you know who might be able to help you network to find your first job (list the most promising first). Include you parent's friends and professional network Call all of them in order of your list and ask them for any advice they can provide or any referrals they can make to others who can help with your search. Ask for introductions to people they may know who can help you. Speak with your college professors about job search strategies and graduates who have good jobs that you could meet with to discuss strategies. This is how you will find a job and be open to opportunities that don't seem promising on first look, but may be real great opportunities after additional evaluation. Also think about places you would like to work and approach those organizations. Build your network and stay in touch with them throughout your career. Good luck.
