Do you have anything to support this claim or caution? That's a deep statement to be made without support. I really like their design, but the price of their product makes me hesitate.

Got relentless. Not sure if bruteforce had it on their website but that design for bolt on is pretty killer. Mobtown has been killin it. Feel like they are all pretty straight forward and it's all about the design angles, distance from cab etc. pick your poison. If you're going to start bashing the shit out of your truck get weld on

    Too few to list.
I have Apex and have no problem with fitment. Nothing else necessary than just drilling the frame. Fits tight to the frame.

Did the holes on your front mount like up like this? IMG_0557.jpg

And did they tell you the design changed from what is shown on their website? I purchased the straight 2nd gen ones and the mounting design I got was totally different than what's pictured and described on the web page. I paid for a shop to do it since the description said drilling was required.. which wasn't so.

That hole location does not change between access cab and double cab from 2005 to current Toyota Tacoma.

That was the point of my post. OP stated "I believe frame mount would be best"

Wish I had the hardware to know if the bolt fit, didn't fit, or if they gave up because it's hard to get the nut back in there.

That hole is at the front of the slider where the chassis is boxed correct?

A trick if you don't have the hardware is to do this.

Get a 3/8-16 x 1-1/2" Long Bolt, Grade 8 preferably and tape the head to the closed end of a box wrench.

If you have thin arms you can reach up in the boxed portion and stick the bolt thru from the inside facing out, then slip a lock washer and nut on it from the outside. If you got big arms, find someone with small arms.

There should be a bolt in that top hole.

Mine lined up just fine. I did have to remove one bolt on each side to bolt them on, which went right back in. All the holes matched up with either a hole for a bolt or a to allow a rivet to stay in place.

Back from the hardware shop.. a 3/8 x 1-1/2" bolt fits like a charm. The install shop was just lazy. This is the 2nd time for me you've helped support a product that isn't your own.. I'm keeping you guys at the top of the list for future mods ;)

Ok so I let this thread go for a little bit so I can then get a simple list of votes going and here is what we has as of now if anyone is wondering:

    DOM Sliders:
    Mobtown - 4
    Relentless - 4
    Pelfreybilt - 3
    All Pro - 2

    HREW Sliders:
    Sos concepts - 3
    Marshall Fab - 1

    DOM Optional slider:
    BAMF - 3
    CBI - 3
    C4 Fab - 1

All that info came off each respective suppliers website. Also RCI got 1 vote but I couldn't find on the site if it was DOM or HREW. Also Mobtown is having a Group buy from what I have found. Hope this helps anyone other then me but thanks everyone for the replies.

Well since this is still about sliders I ordered mine without fill plates. What's everything think with or without them?
