Unless you want that killer cement color might as well build a OR to a Pro and save money.

I bought a sport, no long bed in Canada in the OR or I would have chosen differently. I'll just use the extra bed space more often than I will use a locker. Your sport is capable enough for 99% of any of your needs I am sure. Make sure you want to spend the money. These are capable machines without the locker - don't panic.

I went for the TRD OR for your exact reasoning. I wasn't paying cash and for the same price as the sport you get E lockers and crawl control. I would have paid more for the locker alone. Now if I had paid the truck cash I would have gone with SR5 and installed ARB front/rear lockers while I do 4.88 gears and new suspension and would have been way ahead of the game.

    I wouldn't stress it man.

I don't get the concept of a non functioning hood scoop but lots of peeps would prefer it over the locking diff. You may grow to love it & really, I bet most people use the locking diff about as much as the scoop gets used.

Don't kick yourself over this. This is actually easily solved. Since you don't always need to use a locker, you should just rent one. At the gym I go to it only costs 25 cents to rent it.

    I like my Sport :anonymous:

But I only go wheeling maybe twice a year so to me the locker and crawl were unnecessary and I prefer the looks of the sport. To each their own and their reasoning. But I think everyone can understand the value of a E-locker especially if you go wheeling often. For me it's not all that important and if it ever does become important I'll get 4.88 gears with ARB air lockers front and rear with ARB dual compressor. It'll be a good way to spend $4000
