I did not. A-Trac and a rear locker are good enough for what I'll be doing in this truck. I'd do SAS before I did a front locker.

Core. I wanted to be able to just unbolt/rebolt. It wasn't cheap, but I'll be getting almost $1000 back from them when I send my parts in.

Got the Maxtrax and axe/shovel mounted on the Prinsu today. Also got the Hella Sharptones installed and the rear lights on the brackets from @Shmellmopwho installed. Gears from ECGS should show up tomorrow, so I might get those put in Sunday afternoon

Just come over. As long as the weather is okay-ish I'll be starting on it probably around 2. Going to do the front first.

We have a ton of hardwood floor sitting inside "acclimating" to the house. Might start putting it down tomorrow. Might wait until Monday. Not sure yet.

If we wait, I can help if needed.

Hopefully I can at least get the front in tomorrow, although I'd really like to get both done.

Thanks to the help of @rngr and @Kerleyfries I was able to get the front diff swapped yesterday. Swapped the rear today by myself because it's far easier than the front. Took a third of the time to do the rear, with only one person. Haven't really had a chance to drive it yet to see how different it is, but I'm hopeful for a decent improvement.
