    the wiring wasnt too bad, most of it is just plug and play, more pictures in the instructions would have helped but it wasnt too bad.
    Only part you have to actually "wire" yourself is the blue/white wire that powers the switch light and the red wire that makes the switch actually work. I have a second gen but i just found two empty fuse slots one with power when the key was in the "on" position(red wire) and one with power when the headlights were on (blue wire). used an add a circuit with two new fuses. not sure if it was the cleanest or easiest way but it works and wasnt too big of a headache for someone with no wiring experience. Not sure how many empty fuses the 1st gens have but hopefully this helped a bit.

    It seems there was some issue with shipping notifications the first time around, possibly because someone backed out (which is a BIG NO NO). Do you think that we will get shipping notifications this time around?

    This is correct and yes. There have been no problems prior to the last round when guys backed out. To be clear, again, it wasn't a vendor issue. Please keep an eye on the FedEx website as they had listed delays in the Midwest today bc of weather. Thanks

    Already starting to get it mounted...used a cruise control bracket via a thread I read on here ... just gotta figure out what size thread the empty bolt holes on fender under the hood are haha
