    I'm working the "night shift" today - noon to 9:30ish, so I've been playing around in the kitchen. I whipped up some Zatarain's ( :crapstorm: I know, boxed food) Jambalaya with onions, venison sausage (spicy Italian), grouse breast and kale.

    I'm finally getting around to breakfast. I'm making an omelet with the same sausage, onion, green pepper and lots of cheddar.

    It was 9 degrees f this morning when I got up at 8am, since we're sharing.
